MEAT LOAF WITH A NEW TASTE 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. grated onion pulp & juice
1 tsp. salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. soft bread crumbs (crusts removed)
1 lb. ground beef chuck
4 hard cooked eggs

Beat egg lightly; mix with milk, onion, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, mustard and crumbs. Allow to stand about 5 minutes. Mix in beef. Pack half of meat mixture into loaf-sized buttered baking dish (about 8 x 4 x 3 inch). Arrange the 4 hard cooked eggs (whole) lengthwise over meat in zigzag fashion; pack in remaining meat mixture.

Bake in moderate oven 50 to 60 minutes. Allow to stand for about 5 minutes. Turn out and slice. Serves 4 to 6.
