BOURBON BALLS 
1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1 c. finely chopped pecans
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. bourbon
1 1/2 tbsp. light corn syrup

Mix all ingredients. Shape into 1" balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Refrigerate. Makes about 4 dozen. Better if let ripen 24 hours.
