CHEESY CAULIFLOWER 
1 head cauliflower
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Break cauliflower into florets. Boil with salt and pepper in a small amount of water (or microwave on high with a couple of spoonfuls of water) until softened.

Drain. Arrange 1/2 the cauliflower in a 1 quart baking dish. Spread 1/2 the cheese, sour cream and seeds over. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes (or microwave).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
