CAVITINI 
2 (32 oz.) jars Ragu extra thick spaghetti sauce
2 lg. cans whole tomatoes
1 lg. green pepper
1 onion, diced
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
4 c. mixed pasta

Brown meat, green pepper, onion, add to sauce. Add sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer 2 hours. Cook pasta. Layer in casserole sauce, noodles and cheeses, topping with Mozzarella. Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly. Makes 2 casseroles. Freezes well.
