CHAKATA 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger (may use sausage, also)
1/2 pkg. each frozen broccoli & cauliflower, thawed
2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. tomato sauce
2 frozen Dough Logs (thawed & let rise a little)

Grease a cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown meat; set aside. Spread dough on bottom of sheet; thaw vegetables under warm water to thaw; drain well. On half of dough, place meat; spread out. On other half, place vegetables. When those are in place, spread cheese over entire sheet of meat and vegetable, then grated cheese on top. Take second dough, roll out and place over top of entire sheet. Seal all sides with finger tips. Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares.

You may substitute vegetables with sliced cooked potatoes and sauteed onions.
