3 lbs. round steak, cut into 1 inch strips
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Onions, chopped
3/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut steak into equal strips. Pour oil in skillet and brown each strip of steak, both sides. Place strips of steak in a roasting pan. Add onions to oil and brown. Add water to onions, make bbq sauce. Add brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Place lid on top of bbq sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour sauce over meat and cook in oven for 2 hours.
