BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 (16 oz.) bottle Smoky or Original Maulls barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. dark Karo syrup
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. crushed, ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Marinate all ingredients for about 1 hour. Cook 6 to 8 large pork steaks on grill on both sides. Baste with barbecue sauce and continue grilling on both sides until sauce penetrates meat and browns.
