ALL IN ONE CHICKEN DINNER 
1/2 lb. chicken cutlets, diced
3 med. potatoes, peeled & cubed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 stick butter
1/2 c. water
1 can "baby" early peas
1 pkg. brown gravy mix

Heat butter in large skillet. Add garlic powder and chicken, stirring often until light in color but not cooked. Add potatoes and water, bring to a boil, cover and simmer until potatoes are cooked, about 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to oven safe dish, add gravy mix, stir well. Place in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. If sauce is too thin add more gravy mix. If too thick, add juice from peas. Add peas, stir and serve.
