1-2 c. potatoes
1 qt. water
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper

Peel and cube potatoes. Cook potatoes in water until done. Meanwhile brown beef and drain. Add beef and remaining ingredients to potatoes. Simmer for 1/2 hour.
