SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
1 pie crust
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced, peeled apples

Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 400 degrees. Mix flour, salt, sugar, and nutmeg. In another bowl, mix egg, sour cream, and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and mix. Stir in apples. Pour into crust. Bake on preheated cookie sheet 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes more. Meanwhile, prepare the following Topping:

TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter, softened

Sprinkle topping on pie. Turn oven back up to 400 degrees. Bake pie 10 minutes more.
