Waldorf Salad - Recipe

WALDORF SALAD

SALAD:

2 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. miniature marshmallows

DRESSING:

1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. whipping cream

Mix dressing and pour over salad. Chill.
