MEXICAN MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken
2 sm. cans taco sauce
1 sm. can green chili peppers
1 sm. can tomato sauce
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. corn tortillas (Doritos)
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Saute meat and onions; add next 6 ingredients and cook together for 20 minutes. Break tortillas into bite-size pieces. Beginning with tortilla, make layers of meat mixture and grated cheese. Repeat, ending with cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
