2 lbs. hamburger meat 1 c. cold water 2 tbsp. Morton Tender Quik 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. onion salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. mustard seed (entire seed) 2 tsp. liquid smoke Mix well and make mushy. Refrigerate (airtight) for 24 hours. Use one piece of foil each for the three rolls and close ends well. Prong with fork on bottom. Put on broiler rack and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Let cool and slice. |
