SKILLET CABBAGE 
4 slices bacon
1/4 c. bacon drippings
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. brown sugar
speck salt
4 c. shredded cabbage

Fry bacon crisp and crush into bacon drippings. Add vinegar, onions, sugar and salt. Cook 5 minutes and stir in cabbage. Simmer on medium another 10 minutes.
