CROCK POT RECIPE - HUNGARIAN
GOULASH
 
2 lb. Round Steak (cut in 1-inch Cubes)
1/2 cup Chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Paprika
1 - 28 oz. Tomatoes
1 cup Sour Cream
2 tbsp. Flour

Cook steak cubes in flour. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream. Cook on high for 5 hours. Add sour cream 30 minutes before serving. Serve over noodles.
