FREEZER SLAW 
1 qt. vinegar
5 c. sugar
1/2 c. course salt
3 lg. or 6 sm. heads cabbage, chopped
6 sweet peppers, chopped
8 med. onions, chopped

Mix together and let sit while chopping vegetables, let dissolve well. Mix vegetables well, add vinegar solution. Freeze, (makes 6 cartons). Drain when thawed. If using blender to chop vegetables use ice water in blender.
