AUNT ABBY'S BRISKET 
1 (3 1/2 lb.) beef brisket
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 envelope onion soup (not instant)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 c. catsup

Line large roasting pan with heavy foil, letting the end hang over the side. Place brisket in foil. Top with all above ingredients. Fold ends of foil over brisket sealing securely and leaving air space. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Slice and serve. 8 to 10 servings.
