B - B - Q BRISKET 
12-15 lb. brisket

Wrap in foil. Rub 2 tablespoons liquid smoke on both sides of brisket. Marinate overnight. Next morning - sprinkle generously with garlic salt and seasoning salt. Bake 5 hours at 300 degrees. Take out and slice cross grain. Pour BBQ Sauce over meat and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

B-B-Q SAUCE:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. dry mustard (more if reg. mustard)
6 tbsp. butter
14 oz. ketchup
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. celery seed (or salt)
