ORIENTAL BEEF SUPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, undrained
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Cook ground beef; drain. Add remaining ingredients except noodles in large skillet. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Spoon mixture into serving dish. Sprinkle with noodles. Yield 6-8 servings.
