CRAWFISH PIE 
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
Tony's seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 pie shells
1 lb. crawfish

Saute crawfish and seasonings. Add mushroom soup. Cook about 15 to 20 minutes more. Put into pie shells and cover with other shell. Bake at 325 degrees until pie is brown.
