CHICKEN/BROCCOLI 
Chicke n breasts, pounded, enough for 6 servings
2 boxes frozen broccoli spears (defrosted)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs
Melted butter

Grease large oblong dish. Put in chicken and defrosted broccoli spears. Mix soup, mayonnaise, curry powder and pour on chicken and broccoli. Top with Cheddar cheese, bread crumbs and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Serves 6.
