PEACH KUCHEN 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
12 peeled peach halves
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. thick sour cream

Sift together flour, salt, baking powder, and 2 tablespoons sugar. Cut in the butter with a pastry blender until mixture looks like cornmeal. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of an 8 inch square pan. Add peaches. Mix 3/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon. Sprinkle over the peaches.

Bake at 400 degrees for 14 minutes. Mix together the egg yolks and sour cream and pour over the hot mixture. Bake 30 minutes more. Serve warm.
