CHICKEN AND PEPPER SALAD 
1 (5 oz.) can chicken, drained
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. basil leaves, dried
1 med. garlic
Salad greens
1 c. green pepper
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed

Stir together chicken chunks and pepper. In cup, stir together oil, vinegar, basil, oregano and garlic. Pour dressing over chicken and peppers, toss over greens.
