'WHACKY" OR "DUMP" CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
6 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. oil
2 c. cool water

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1-2 tbsp. milk

Directly into cake pan, sift flour, sugar, soda, cocoa and salt. Spread out evenly in pan, then make 3 "holes" in mixture, into which you pour the vinegar, vanilla and oil. Over all of this, pour the cool water. With a fork, stir well until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

FROSTING: Mix powdered sugar, butter and cocoa with just enough milk to make a thick paste. Cook to a boil, then boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, mix and spread on cake.
