HOMINY CASSEROLE #1 
1 lg. can hominy, drained
1 can chili, no beans
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. ground round, make small balls

Brown meat balls and drain fat. Add all ingredients. Top with grated cheese; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Garnish with more sliced olives.
