SAUSAGE FRIED POTATOES 
4 lg. potatoes
1 lg. onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. pork link sausage
2 tbsp. salad oil

Dice potatoes and onion; add salt and pepper. Cut pork links into small chunks. Heat oil; add potatoes, onion and sausage and cook over low heat until potatoes and onion are tender.
