MIDDLE EASTERN SALAD 
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. plain low fat yogurt
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. turmeric
Freshly ground pepper and salt to taste

SALAD:

2 (15 oz.) cans green beans
1 c. sliced black olives
6 lg. onions
2 green peppers
2 red peppers
3 lg. tomatoes
2 c. julienned turkey slices
1 head leaf lettuce

Combine first 7 ingredient and refrigerate covered.

Prepare the salad ingredients. Toss together with the dressing just before serving. Serve on plates lined with lettuce leaves.
