MIDDLE EASTERN MEATBALLS
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 tbsp. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. apple juice
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. honey
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon

Combine beef, egg, onion, garlic, cornstarch, salt and Worcestershire sauce in medium bowl. Shape into meatballs using 1 tablespoonful of mixture for each. Arrange in jelly roll pan. Bake in preheated 475 degree oven 10 to 15 minutes or until browned.

Meanwhile, prepare sauce. Combine tomato sauce, apple juice, catsup, honey, mustard and cinnamon in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add browned meatballs. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 minutes more. Spoon into chafing dish. Makes about 32 meatballs.
