BRANDIED GRAPE CLUSTERS
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Natural raisins, coarsely chopped
1 c. chopped pecans (walnuts or almonds can be used also)
2 to 4 tbsp. brandy or rum or cream

Beat cream cheese to soften. Chop raisins, using added teaspoon of oil to make chopping easier. Beat raisins, nuts and brandy or rum into cheese, using only enough of the liquid to flavor the mixture. Cover bowl and chill overnight to mellow flavor and to make handling easier. Quickly roll into balls about walnut size and arrange on serving piece to form a cluster of grapes. Decorate with grape leaves. Serve with crackers.
