MEXICAN PIZZA DIP 
2 cans bean dip
3 med. avocados, peeled, pitted

Blend avocados with:

2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. tomatoes

Mix:

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
3 tomatoes, diced
3 1/2 pitted olives
3 thinly sliced green onions

1st layer: Bean dip
2nd layer: Avocado (blended)
3rd layer: Sour cream mixture
Rest of tomatoes spread over top.
Cheddar cheese spread on top of tomatoes.
Black olives and green onion on top to garnish.

Serve with corn tortilla chips.
