BARBECUED CHICKEN IN A BAG 
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer chicken, cut up
2 tsp. catsup
2 tsp. white vinegar
2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 tsp. water
1 tsp. mustard, prepared or dry
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper, or salt & pepper to taste

Cut up chicken as for frying. Mix all other ingredients in saucepan and heat. Drop chicken piece by piece in sauce, soaking well. Place in greased paper bag (brown paper), close bag with paper chip.

Place on pan and bake at 450 or 500°F for 15 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350°F and bake for 1-1/2 hours longer. Very good.
