CLAM BALLS 
2 cans minced clams
2 sticks butter
1 med. onion
1 med. pepper
3 stalks celery
Black pepper

Put in skillet, cooked over medium heat until soft, about 1 hour. Add to 1-1 1/2 loaves bread, broken in small pieces. Mix well, shape into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. (Shape clam balls into the size of a large meatball.)
