RICE-A-RONI CHICKEN 
1 whole good sized chicken
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Savor, salt, pepper, celery, onion
2 lg. stalks celery, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Oleo or butter
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
3/4 tsp. sage
Salt and pepper to taste
2 pkgs. Rice-A-Roni chicken flavor

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Boil chicken until tender with enough water to cover. Add 2 chicken bouillon cubes, savor, salt, pepper, celery, and onion. Remove meat from bones and put aside. Save juice. Sate 2 stalks celery, green pepper, and large onion (all chopped) in butter. Lightly brown 2 packages of Rice-A-Roni in butter. Lightly brown 2 packages ingredients in roasting pan including seasoning packets from Rice-A-Roni. Add poultry seasoning, sage, salt, pepper and 5 1/2 cups of liquid from cooked chicken. Mix well. Bake for 15 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
