GARDEN PIE 
2 c. zucchini
2 c. tomatoes
1/2 c. onion
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10" pie plate. Sprinkle vegetables in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, approximately 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
