GARDEN VEGETABLE PIE 
2 c. chopped fresh broccoli (or 1, 10 oz. pkg. frozen)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. pepper
Salt, if desired

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie pan. Cook broccoli, onion, green pepper only until slightly softened. Put vegetables in pie pan, top with cheese.

Beat remaining ingredients, until smooth. Pour into pie pan. Bake 35-40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
