CHESS PIE 
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla
nutmeg
1 unbaked pie shell

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Beat very well. Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325°F and bake until golden brown. Cool before serving.
