STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 
3/4 c. boiling water
1 (4 serving size) pkg. sugar-free Jello, strawberry or any red flavor
1 c. ice cubes
1 c. strawberries, hulled and halved
1/2 c. frozen yogurt or fat-free ice cream

Pour boiling water into blender container. Add gelatin and blend at low speed until completely dissolved, about 30 seconds. Add ice cubes and blend until partially melted. Add strawberries (save 6 for garnish) and ice cream. Blend at high speed 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into individual serving dishes. Chill until set at least 30 minutes. Garnish with reserved berries. Makes 6 servings. Low fat, low calorie!
