TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 (12 oz.) can tuna
2 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. diced onions
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
2 c. crushed potato chips
2 c. cooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and pour into casserole dish. Top with crushed chips. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. (I sometimes add sliced black olives and celery.) Serves 6.
