HAM LOAF CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground ham
8 oz. noodles, crunched
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. mustard
1 qt. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
Salt and pepper

WHITE SAUCE: Melt butter; add flour, then milk to form white sauce. Add horseradish and mustard.

Crunch dry noodles; toss lightly with ham. Layer in 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread white sauce; then sprinkle cheese over all and swirl with a knife.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let stand 20 minutes. Thin a can of mushroom soup with milk. Heat and serve over.
