SCALLOPED POTATOES AND CHEESE 
Potatoes, uncooked
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Cheese
M ilk
Butter

In oblong cake pan layer thinly sliced potatoes. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Dab butter on top, dot with cheese then sprinkle flour over potatoes. Repeat each layer like this to almost fill pan. Cover with milk and bake in oven 350 to 400 degrees until potatoes are tender.
