EGG BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
Bread
Ham
Sharp cheese
Egg
Milk

Trim crusts from bread. Butter one side, put bread buttered side down in greased casserole. Top with 1 slice ham, 1 slice extra sharp cheddar cheese, put 1 piece of bread on top, buttered side up. Beat 1 egg and 1/2 cup milk per sandwich and salt and pepper to taste (peppers and onions, optional). Pour over top and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees, covered.
