BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE 
2 c. croutons
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. onion powder
Dash of pepper
4 slices cooked bacon

Combine croutons and cheese in greased 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Beat eggs. Add milk and seasonings and beat until blended. Pour over crouton mixture in casserole. Crumble bacon, and spread over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes, until eggs are set. Garnish with bacon curls if desired.
