JIFFY FUDGE 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 c. sifted confectioners sugar
4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Dash of salt

Beat cream cheese until soft and smooth. Slowly blend in sugar. Add melted chocolate; mix well. Stir in vanilla, salt and pecans. Press into well-greased 8x8x2-inch pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares.
