CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. uncooked Minute Rice
1 c. tomato juice
1 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Put cut-up cabbage in greased baking dish. Brown ground beef, onion, salt and pepper (drain). Stir in rice. Place rice and meat mixture over cabbage. Cover with tomato juice and water. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
