COCONUT PIE 
1/3 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. coconut

Mix flour, sugar, egg yolks and small amount of milk until mixed well. Then add remaining milk with vanilla, butter and coconut. Cook on medium heat until thickened. Pour into baked pie shell.

Take egg whites and make meringue. Top pie with meringue. Sprinkle with coconut. Brown.
