GLORIFIED RICE 
3 c. cold cooked rice
1 c. (1 lg.) chopped tart apple
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. whipping cream, whipped, or 4 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (10 oz.) jar (1 cup) Maraschino cherries, drained, quartered

In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 10 (3/4 c.) servings.
