SALAD 
1/2 head cabbage
5 green onions
1/4 c. sunflower/sesame seeds (toasted)
1/4 c. sliced almonds (toasted at 350 degrees for a few minutes on a cookie tray)
1 pkg. Saimen or Top Ramen - Oriental flavor

Toss together dry ingredients. Break apart dry noodles.

DRESSING SEASONING FROM NOODLES:

1/4 c. sweet cooking rice wine (Kikkoman-Aji-Mirin)
1/4 c. salad oil

Keep dressing separate until eating, then toss salad.
