GOOD BUT EASY BEEF STEW 
1 lb. lean stew beef
1 can French onion soup (10 3/4 oz.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Egg noodles

Put stew beef and 2 cans soup in casserole. Cover. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Serve over egg noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
