REUBEN BAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
2 tbsp. butter
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
1/2 lb. corned beef, cut up
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
1/2 c. crushed rye crackers
2 tomatoes
1/4 tsp. caraway seed
2 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Toss noodles in butter. Place noodles in bottom of baking dish. Top with sauerkraut, then cover with beef. Top with tomato slices and sprinkle with cheese. Toss rye crackers and caraway seeds with melted butter. Sprinkle on the top. Bake 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
