BUTTER RUM CAKE 
COMBINE:

1 pkg. Supermoist yellow cake mix
1 1/3 c. buttermilk
3 eggs

Beat on low speed until moistened. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour in pans. Bake at 350 degrees until cake springs back when touched, about 25 to 30 minutes.

WARM TO BLEND:

1/3 c. honey or syrup
1/3 c. light rum

Spoon over bottom of warm cake layers. Frost with Rum Whipped Cream.

RUM WHIPPED CREAM:

1 lg. Cool Whip
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. rum
